Class Description

Tune in and learn a fundamental practice - the self-blessing. It’s a very powerful practice to help you conquer all the self-deprecating things you habitually say to yourself.

We are all independent and interdependent To understand your connection to others you must first have a sense of inner sovereignty. We all affect each other.

You have a  “consciousness mass” or vibrational accumulation of the mastery of your own mind. If you don’t know how to move your mind you experience suffering. That is what the kundalini yoga is for. It is mind training and using the physical energy to do it. All the training begins to accumulate in your radiant body. Your ability to hold, utilize and direct the increasing amount of electromagnetic energy on the planet makes you a walking blessing. You don’t have to say a word. Your presence, lack of fear, and nervous system strength are a blessing to others.

Develop the strength of character it takes to actually be compassionate with the skills taught in this session. These “survival kit” meditations will help you get out of your own way, your own habits, and your own suffering and be helpful.
