Class Description
This class starts with a spiritual teaching about being the lighthouse. It starts with the ability to say nothing and do nothing. That is when you are the light. Don’t be afraid to be radiant. When you are not afraid to have your own sovereignty then you are magnetic. It is magnetic energy. It has nothing to do with what you say or do. It has to do with the frequency you vibrate from your radiant body. People will either want action from it or the polarity. Spend no time on whether people like you or not. Work in this class to simply like yourself. Start there.
Learn about the power of your hair. It is an antenna that stems directly from your nervous system.
Salesmanship - If you are a salesman then you sink your own ship. Learn what you speak and learn what it means. Understand it meaningfully. Mean what you say and stand by it. Learn to listen to your sound current, not the words you are saying. Those are just a broadcast of your subconscious mind.
Develop the ability to cut through your own self-deception. With this practice, you will get out of the web of your neurosis. Work on your self-trust with the yoga in this class. No one else can possibly trust you if you do not even trust yourself.
