Class Description
The temples remain largely unchartered by modern science- particularly in their role in mental health and glandular function. From the meditation for habituation (AKA addition meditation) We observe through experience that applying pressure to the temples while simultaneously locking the molars in a rhythmic, pulsating motion, produces profound effects for those navigating addiction patterns and neurotic tendencies.
Today we engage the temples amplifying coherence of interconnection and intercommunication with ourselves and others.
