Digesting Life, Returning to Focus
Class Description
In times when life feels intense and energies are high, we need to pay attention to how we digest what comes our way — not just through food, but through experiences, emotions, conversations.
In this class, we worked with a kriya to support the digestive system and strengthen the navel — our inner fire, our center of clarity and focus.
Because how we digest life affects everything:
Whether we feel nourished or overwhelmed.
Grounded or scattered.
Clear or consumed by chaos.
This practice was an invitation to release what’s too much, to come back to the body, and to remember that true focus arises when we’re internally aligned.
When we digest well — we live well.
