Class Description
There's always a great horizon available to us, though it's especially so during these time-markers throughout the year - such as the Solstices. Staying positive in the mind and relaxed in the nervous and glandular systems is of upmost importance. All I need to do is be present enough with what is moving through the mind, body, and spirit, that I'm able to assimilate the shift and use it to clear any old patterns that might be tripping me up, de-railing me, or invoking an experience of fatigue or apathy.
In this class practice two, classic, Yoga Sets to awaken the body and charge the energy field around the body, then a special 17-minute meditation series to adjust the spine, stimulate the glandular system, eliminate disease, and find tremendous mental, physical, and spiritual change.
