Class Description
Part of the sadhana practice is to break the subconscious dumping that happens in sleep. And that is also why it is so painful! This is also why you want to play the mantras at night to help with this process and create better energy for the upcoming day.
This energy will help you stay away from the addictive thought of “I am overwhelmed.” Overwhelm is a socially accepted addiction and you need energy to get over it and just do what is in front of you. And the strength to do this comes from your commitment to your meditation practice.
Keep up and you will be kept up!
