Can you hold the pose longer than others to get what you really want? Sometimes you have to wait until the world is ready. That’s what being a visionary is. You need to have the grit so you have the nervous system strength to hold the vision. That’s avant-garde. That’s how you change the thought stream and the course of history. Not everyone will understand you, yet. Hold the new archetype of what it means to be a leader. In the picean age we have allowed the patriarchy to convince us to oppress ourselves. We’re waking up and deconstructing what we’ve metabolized. We realize that some of our thought forms are not our own.  It’s the culture’s thought. Sometimes we pick a negative thought form, which we embody causing disease, stress, and tension. These thought forms become patterns and habits that negatively affect us and the way we react to the world. The subconscious mind can become addicted and intrigued by all of this negativity that isn’t even your thought. Addiction meditation helps break through this. We need to detoxify the system. These thought forms exist in coordinates of all ten bodies. The depression or subconscious thought forms or patterns exist in coordinates of the ten bodies. So you have to clear it out in all ten bodies. Every kundalini kriya goes into all ten bodies and that is why it is the future of fitness.
