In this empowering session, we will explore the deep wisdom of two grounding and nourishing herbs, linden and nettles, that have both been revered for their ability to support the body, mind, and spirit.

As part of the Aquarian Women’s Leadership Society’s “Rise of the Empress” series, this workshop invites you to reclaim your innate power through the ancient practice of herbalism.

By tapping into the nurturing energy of these herbs, you’ll learn how to embody your creative potential and nourish your entire being from within.

Together, we will create a sacred tea ritual, symbolizing the fertile land of your inner world, where you can bloom into the fullest expression of your power.

*Do an overnight steep of linden and nettles to prep for the session.

The creative elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Ether comprise your material and immaterial experience. Practice this set every day to gain the command of the building blocks of reality, called the tattvas.
