Rhythmic intelligence is that there’s a natural rhythm to your flow. You know you’re in it when you feel like you could keep going at the same pace forever.

Regulating the breath regulates you. Correct breath of fire is an even inhale/exhale that you feel like you could do forever. We each have a set number of breaths before we die, but Breath of Fire only counts as one breath.

Switching nostril dominance (left is cooling, right is energizing). Can also be done by closing one nostril or massaging the armpit (opposite of the one you want to open). These also switch naturally throughout the day.

As householders, we are not interested in ego death because it’s a) really inconvenient for yourself & b) really inconvenient for everyone around you who would have to bathe you, feed you, etc. It looks a lot like psychosis, is completely dysfunctional, & we just can’t afford it individually or as a society.

You need a container that can hold you together and that’s what the ego is. Respecting the container is a spiritual process.

It’s a patriarchal idea that one has to transcend the material (feminine) plane in order to be spiritual. In this Aquarian Age, we integrate everything & live successfully as humans in normal life.

If you can stabilize your wealth/prosperity, you won’t be swung on the polarity of feast/famine, which is the normal human experience.

One breath is all it takes. Any day, any morning, any breath could be the day that something very profound shifts in you. You want to keep showing up because at any time you could catch the ball hurtling down the field.

Kundalini is your potential creative energy and when it rises you will never be the same.  You want it to circulate all the way up the spine & back down around - a whole circuit.  It’s a healing force & opens up some pathways in you.
