Sher Kirtan (aka Frankie) is passionate about empowering individual expression. His mission is to bring harmony, nobility, and strength to the minds and hearts of those around him.
He is currently teaching Acting for the Shakespeare Theatre Company and assisting with Actor Training at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, in addition to coaching actors privately. He has led and taught workshops on Acting, Character Development, Text, and Voice/Speech for the Shakespeare Theatre. As a teaching artist of voice and acting, he integrates his professional experience and in-depth studies.

In this session, under the sounds of percussion rhythms, we will be performing dynamics aimed to unlock the body and explore its infinite movement possibilities. We will end the workshop with pranayama breathing techniques to integrate everything and increase the healing effect of the dance. Come to celebrate and enjoy dancing through life.

Joana Pires, also known as Premananda is a Massage therapist, trained on different energetics and bodywork techniques. She was taught at Shri Vivek Integral Yoga and took courses both in India and Barcelona. Her workshops are the result of more than 15 years as a dance teacher, blended together with my professional experience and my passion for African Dances, with the sole purpose of guiding you through a thrilling route to connect body and spirit and celebrate life together.

Using these summer solstice solar winds we will go on a deep meditative journey to renew our self-concepts and re-embody our own infinity.

Pritam Siri is an artist and yogi based in New York City. She has been studying, working, and traveling with Guru Jagat since 2016. She is an active student of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as Taught by Yogi Bhajan and is committed to practicing and sharing kundalini yoga technology.
