Class Description
A special evening class to work on your mental balance because you can never get enough of that. A simple tool: 3 minutes of cat-cow a day is a good dose. Alternate nostril breathing is one of the easiest ways to balance yourself emotionally and psychologically. If you’re feeling off, then follow a pattern of inhaling left and exhaling right. If you are feeling very fatigued, then reverse it. Inhale right and exhale left.
Clean out your fatigue. A very important aspect of mental health is balanced minerals in the body. Work on balancing magnesium and potassium in this class. Get the moodiness out of your system. Move your Qi.
108 Frog Squat challenge. If you can do 108 then you achieve stellar mental and physical health. Straighten out your mind in a couple of minutes a day.
