Everything has an aura. If you start to train your sensory system, you can deeply see and know things. You are living with the 5 senses intact. You command them and then have the 6th sense.

You create your own reality. You must create what you want to have a bigger experience of otherwise you are living someone else’s reality or a non-reality. You can tell it’s a non-reality because you feel drained and fatigued. A reality gives you energy even when it’s hard. Those are the moments in life where you may feel the heart break but you’re alive. It may not be easy, but you are alive. That’s reality.

Each thought form you have throughout the day, you can maneuver with the sensory system. You are looking for reality - what gives you energy. Your yogic power gives you the ability to course correct quickly. You will see the aura of a non-reality way before it’s “here”. You have the free will to choose it or not but at least you know. If you need a little trouble in your life, then at least you are conscious of it. That is self-psychology. You can make it productive.

You will work on the 6th sense in this class to develop your ability to see the aura in everything. You will have a whole new level of sensory gaze that will help you determine what foods to eat, what relationships to engage in, etc. The experiences themselves are valuable because you have sovereignty. Your pituitary gland is secreting in a way that gives you clarity of mind so you can tap into the 6th sense. This is why the yogis practice a Sattvic diet. There is a blood chemistry that creates availability of the 6th sense. Whatever you put in your 9 holes and whatever comes out is all connected to your energy, clarity, and purity.

4th Day of The Moon Class. There is a particular secretion of the endocrine system on certain lunar days that create high wisdom, intuitive abilities, and support of the neutral mind.
On the 4th and 11th days of the moon, it is good to hydrate with lemon water and cleanse the system to benefit your health and healing. When your glandular system is reset, your mind gets clearer, your body is more energized, you are less confused about the next right action, cravings are diminished, there is less of a desire to numb out, and you get cleared about how to operate your system. This meditation will have a maximum value on the 4th and 11th days of the moon.

You have to activate the energy in your own system because this is a system of self-mastery. You can go to the White Tantric but it means nothing if you don't know how to elevate yourself. If you can elevate yourself, then you can elevate others.

That's what this whole time is about. Elevating others. People think they are doing something for others, but it's part of their neurosis because they're not elevating themselves. Use the time you have. 3 min, 5 min. Make the commitment that you can do.

In the west, we have been fixated on the physical parts of the practice. In this practice, we turn towards our truer selves. Our mind-Body. The more we can experience the external world or reality. We want to elevate ourselves so we can elevate each other. This is a new revolution.
