Everyone wants the benefits of being a leader but are not willing to do the work. The weight of leadership on your shoulders is a responsibility. Heavy is the crown.

The reason people don’t take responsibility of leadership is that everything falls on you. The yogic principle of leadership is that everything mis-taken in your orbit is your fault. It’s your fault because something in your aura is not directing energy in a constructive way. If there is a dysfunction in any area that you’re leading, it indicates a blind spot in your psycho magnetic field. All creation you’ve created lives inside your aura. Anything, either misaligned or prosperous, within your orbit is indicative of your auric capacity.

The cosmic science is that success is a radiant body thing. You will magnetize as much as your radiant body can circuit. It’s not the volume of social media posts and followings that “gets people in the door”. Someone who has a strong radiant body will magnetize people to them.
