Practice the Tershula kriya, the 'Thunderbolt of Shiva,' in this post-Thanksgiving class. Dislodge parental trips stuck in the electromagnetic field. Heal the phobias and nervous system blackouts related to mother and father relationships that were created in utero. End the cycle of these phobias and blackouts as individuals and parents today (or in the future.)
For some of us the parental trip is so heavy on us you're not even relating with you - it's not you - it's just the trip you had with your parents and that they had with you. Whole incarnations are spent in this suffering and bardo of the parental trips. -- Guru Jagat
