You are your own greatest therapist, doctor, etc. Initiate that space in you with the kundalini yoga in this session. Activate the kundalini shakti in you and then you have a teacher for guidance. The best creation you can make is the creation of the self. Then you have to actually like what you are creating. Use this practice to install new patterns in your subconscious mind that are much more beneficial than what you have been running. This is a power that you have and can develop.

You have 84 facets of the mind. It is a complex and sophisticated system. Traverse the topography of your subconscious mind. That is your meditative practice. In the terrain of the subconscious mind, you have 13 ghosts and they can pull you off of clarity in your quest for self-mastery. The Gateway to a Conscious Death

This class is dedicated to endurance training called your life. The yogic teaching states that the yogi can command everything including the breath. There are a finite amount of breaths a person takes in a lifetime. If you slow your breath down, you extend your life and not just the time but the quality. It also increases your vitality and clarity. If the breath gets shallow, the body turns in on itself, becomes depleted and the mind then loses function. That is essentially what the ‘aging’ process looks like. As a yogi, you train to increase your reserve force. Instead, train like an elite athlete. As a yogi, you know that your life requires elite athleticism. Train in this class and catch the inspiration to move out of the sloppy way of living. You are here to have a clean, empowered, and prosperous life. Every cause has an effect. Every sequence has a consequence in this dimension. The soul wants to experience this and it’s fun. Train so that you have enough energy to receive this rather than blowing out energy on reaction. Nothing will ever be more sophisticated than the human operating system.

You are here to utilize it. You are here to wake up inside the dream. Get more sophisticated in this session with a futuristic meditation so that you can bring your ingenious inventions to the world. That is the caliber of what you are here to do but it requires you to be awake.

Face and Handle Your Reality

Uphold your Reality

Tune in for interesting and “politically incorrect” spiritual teaching about the inhabitants of the planet. About 80% of the world is made up of what is referred to as landscape humans. They are there to fill in the matrix. About 18% of the inhabitants of the planet are here on a mission. Yet we have free and so many of them are not going to deliver on it. That leaves 2%. This population of people have to deliver on their mission. It is a must in their incarnation. It is reality. Most people wander around the planet in their own versions of non-reality.

Reality takes a lot of energy to uphold. As direct and naked as it can be, the relief of reality can be tangible. As much bravery as it takes, it is still relieving. This is a great reminder especially if you are trying to run away from some aspect of your dharma. When you actually face your reality (as hard as it may be) there is a relief to it and that gives you a lot of energy. This is a skillset you will work with in this class. Go deep into the teachings and develop the strength to handle your reality. It is your job as yogi to do what you came here to do. It requires strength and it makes you feel better when you do it. Can you master and make sense of your senses without running away from them? Use the kundalini technology in this class to do this. Be in your senses. No avoidance. Face whatever is in front of you. That is the 11th commandment.
