Overcome the Stress Personality

Our stress personality becomes our dominant personality. This set will help combat the fundamental issue we have against ourselves which is stress. Our reactive personality can become so dominant in our lives that we forget our true personality. The stress personality looks and sounds different than who you are. There are 27 personalities in a sane person. The prominent stress personality looks older, looks like your parents and is more crotchety. This can become your dominant experience instead of the true essence of who you are. The mind will try to protect you from you because there is no greater enemy than an undirected mind. That is why we listen to mantra.
Stress effects meditators less than non-meditators. The whole brain systems responds differently when trained. You can change the stress response by changing the rhythm of your breath and your sound current. When you are a regular practitioner, the pressure of your subconscious mind is going to get greater. Some of these practices will help when nothing else works allowing things to get reorganized.
Addiction mediation squeezes the molars and stimulates the central cortex of the brain which shifts the pineal gland. It creates an adjustment to the endocrine system which will give you a flush of glandular secretion, calming you down.

When you develop it, you start to create momentum in your life, then people start to trust you more. Trust is a resonance and vibration that starts with self trust and moves on to others. If you are a yogi, anyone can come into your sphere and you can help them. You will have successful, sophisticated, empowering, and elevated communication with them and you could change their life.
This technology allows you to command your own elemental balance at any given moment and have the elevation of the kundalini, be very grounded, be a business person, be a parent, be an incredible human being, deal with money and deal with your to do list from your mental command.

The mind can be creative with the way it deals with traumas, fears, & childhood and familiar patterns. It will sequester traumas off into different parts of the system preventing it from poisoning the rest of the system. Family patterns can bring these traumas out within 72 hours of being under the same roof as a parent, even if you are perfect with your meditation and sadhana.
Recode or deconstruct a pattern that will be more beneficial to you. The flow of energy always goes from parent to the child no matter what is happening with the relationship. Even the curse of a mother is the greatest prayer. You can re-pattern negative familiar patterns through the elemental forces. The five elements builds the whole scene for you on planet earth. In order to master this plane, you need to balance these elements with a little energy and clarity of mind.
Kirtan Kriya means truth manifested. Every element of the universe is in a constant state of vibration manifested to us through light, sound and energy. This mantra can raise your awareness of yourself and your environment and work constructively to improve both.
Working with the Panch Shabad sounds (“Sa Ta Na Ma”) in Kirtan Kriya:

Sat nam. Sa ta an Ma=Truth manifested.

The ‘a’ sound in them all meant the creative sound of the universe. Touching each finger with the mantra channelizes the energy through the nerve endings in the fingers which connect to the brain center that connects to intuition, patience, vitality, and communication.

"If you don’t know how to drive the car, then don't even chant Ek Ong Kar"

The attitude of gratitude is the biological, bio chemical, bio physical state. in order to reach that state, you have to have an elemental balance. A balance in the 10 bodies, in the eight chakras, in the facet of the mental bodies. it’s your job when driving in the car, and if you do, the natural outpouring of that state of optimization is gratitude. And that is generosity. Then you’re naturally more generous.  And you can be with each other and ourselves in a quality dignified way. that’s what we’re working on together today. We’ll be using a fruit meditation, so you’ll need a Pair. It’s very healing and healing for your digestion.

What is out of balance and how do I get it back into balance ? This is what you need to look at every day so a little bit of pranayama will help you get back into balance in the morning and then fist of anger will balance, the fire element, and a lot of the digestive. Cree is balance, the fire element. And the shepherd Crea balances the air elements Helps when the mind is wondering. So if you have a sense of what tends to go off for you, then you can start to construct a Sadhna strategy. 

Focus on Breath of fire, sitali pranayam and  fists of anger all work on the fire tattva. 26 rounds of sitali pranayam in the morning and before bed gives you powers. The one Kriya that will supersede any genetic issues is Sat Kriya. No matter what you have in your line genetically Sat Kriya will heal it.
