Meditation with Gong: The Arc of The Blue Pearl
-Get the nervous system at a frequency to pull in energy and vitality of the Universe. Go after your youth and reclaim it. Lock the optic nerve to increase intuition. Clear the subconscious

Meditation with mantra "Har Haray Haree"
-Get in sync with earth's rotation so that when karma might come in to throw you, you can avoid it.

Ang Sang Wahe Guru chant - receive energy, feel light all around you.
So Purkh mantra lie-out - hear the sound at the the 3rd Eye Point.

Lecture by Paresh Shah. Mr. Shah is a serial entrepreneur, seasoned executive, motivational speaker, business professor, yoga instructor, and student of Consciousness. He is currently the founder and CEO of Glimpulse, The Human Expression Company, and has founded and served as CEO, Chief Business Development Officer, Senior Vice-President and Senior Engagement officer for multiple companies, raising over $200 MM in funding, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. .

-Using creativity to be more successful by tuning in intuitively
-Everybody has a mission, and every mission has a magnitude
-Move out of your own way and insecurity, and allow excitement and inspiration to flow; Be in the flow with the master and in line with creativity; put out good energy, increase sales
-There are two ways to go after something - be creative and vibrate it and allow things to come to you OR be desperate and run after things. Allowing vs. grasping and insecurity
-Yogi Bhajan said Anybody who is in sales who breathes more than 3-4 times a minute, it will show up as a subtle insecurity in the aura - it will be felt. Keep this in mind when going on dates, auditions etc.
-Take insecurty out of aura, put blessings into you, connect to ethers and allow blessings to come to you.
-Maintain control of prana and the breath. "If I think of my breath my aura increases." In emergency situations go to the breath and get the intuitive knowledge
-At a negative thought, go straight to the breath and chant mantra "Ang Sung Wahe Guru"
-Male/Female energies
-Smile and increase radiance
-Use English mantras: "I Am, I Am", "I know the unknown is known to me", "I'm ready to share my might with others"

Formula for Prosperity: If you are prosperous, you are contained, content and continuous. If not, you are confused, competing, comparing, and complaining. There needs to be a container for your force. Be content; Be continuous and consistent, deliver what you promise; Confused - being unfocused; Competing - base cause is fear, scarcity, and doubt in your own frequency; Comparing - Just run your own race, find your own magic; Complaining - using momentary energy to comment on what's not happening rather than what you want to happen.

Warm up kriyas, several meditations and gong relaxation by Harijiwan:
Meditation for Inner Strength to Experience your Vastness (11 minutes) - Keep moving forward, with both negative and positive aspects in view, without fearing the negative; Meditation to adjust false failures without saying a word (23 minutes); Meditation to release yourself from bondage, become unconfused, and free yourself (11 minutes). "Make any misfortune you may have go to sleep." You may not be able to get rid of things, but you can make them go to sleep. Accept who you are and make a choice.

Lecture topics include:
-Practicing finding a pattern and recognizing opportunity
-Asking the question "What's new here for me"
-"Contrast conception" - two sides of a thought, positive and negative
-Running the business "You Inc." The business "You" is differnt from the personal you; give the business what it needs so you can take from it. Business has its own vibratory field, and you need to know what the needs are.

-Understanding the big picture. Taking responsibility for your own business; you don't have to know how everything works but you have to know where everything is. Risk and reward.
-Thoughts, glandular secretions, and electromagnetic field
-Two types of people - those who "lose" a dollar, and those who expect to receive more dollars for each one they give out
-Kundalini has the power to change what's written on the arcline; the 24th and 25th Pauris of Japji change what is in the arcline -Balancing the glandular system
-Thought level, parallel unison action and getting on the right side of a thought wave. Locking onto the positive side of a thought; consolidate thought forms into the positive, and use the negative to analyze it. "Get on a positive current, think "I need something beneficial to happen and I can't concieve what that is but I'll know it when it occurs."
-"The station is your creation." First position to change it is to enjoy where you are.
-Pulling the camera back and taking the long view. "A miracle is something you can't conceive happening to you..."

Presentation of homework assignment, "What is Wahe Guru." Participants share and record into their smartphones their interpretations of "What is Wahe Guru."

Participants share stories, results, and experiences since the first Aquarian Business Training weekend.

-31-minute Sudarshan Chakra Kriya (NOT SODARSHAN. There is a difference.) - Protective and Prosperity Mantra that accesses the 9th Chakra. Let meditation sink in, push away emotions, and go into the feeling of your mission. Be You and know what's important to you.

-Business is a karmic thing - the 3rd chakra - it's about setting things on the earth. People will be brought to you to work things out. Ask the question, what lesson is here for me and the other person?
