Elevated Aliveness

"When the Venus is up, the longing of love is projected on the planet earth and through the brightness of the Venus if you meditate on Infinity, you will not be betrayed in the life of love." -YB

Most things that are sold, are sold under the premise of scarcity and that I don’t have the ability to empower myself to be fully expressed.
I need to have the navel power to deliver my word with impact. “No navel, no Naad.” All I am is a container for sound. This body is a sound container - What frequency and velocity of sound am I making? This is directly correlated to the amount of prosperity I can hold. I have to be in relay with my own mind. I need to have the authority to use a higher sound to direct that energy-in-motion.
Enjoy this magnificent and heavy Yoga set that works the naval in unison with chanting of the Chattr Chakkr Vartee mantra.

"I need to have the self-concept and self-love enough to know that the contraction is just as evolutionary and ecstatic as the expansion. When I meditate and practice, I come into the single-pointed focus of the directionality of my spirit's purpose here on earth" - Atma Santokh
"when you are unison one unit and the total multiple multicity of negativity, positivity, creativity, construction and destruction and your fears and your biological, sociological, psychological and personal fears of floating around like clouds, you create a umbrella and the stem of done(that) umbrella which you handle is exactly your own, uno form, uno sun, uno projection, uno receptivity, you got to bring everything to that one. There is nothing without one, there shall be nothing without anything but one and in the end result it will be one, there is no two but you know without two, there is no one and that is a interlocked relationship." -Yogi Bhajan

"The technology of bowing one’s head: allows the blood to move to the frontal lobe, and allows me to present my head (the ego, for intents and purposes) to the bigger energy (God, Guru, Expressive Evolutionary Force) that is received, perceived, enjoyed, and shared to and from the heart center. My job is to tend to the soil of the soul - this tended-to fertility, so-to-speak, travels with the soul when it moves on to its next vehicle." -Atma Santokh
