Sensory Kitchen Alchemy

Hands-on Kitchen Creation Session

Awaken your power to alchemize your food to support your highest vitality and fulfillment. We will move step by step through creating a simple, yet healing dish with intention and love. Activate your sight, taste, touch, smell, AND intuition in this joyful creative process.

Intentional Kitchen Alchemy aids us in reconnecting to our bodies, the earth, and intuition so that we can live in harmony with our world and raise the collective consciousness from a grounded, embodied, delicious space.

INGREDIENT LIST:

Gluten-free rolled oats - 1/2 cup
All-purpose gluten-free flour blend of your choice - 1/2 cup
Ripe(ish) banana - 1
Adaptogen blend of choice such as this one (or one single adaptogenic herb/mushroom you are working with) - 1 heaping tablespoon
Maple syrup - 1 tbsp, plus more for serving
Good salt - 1/8 tsp (1 pinch)
Water -1/3 -1/2 cup
Butter/Ghee/Vegan Butter for serving

+ Tools needed:

A blender (standing blender or immersion blender)
A nonstick skillet (preferably a well-seasoned cast iron skillet or ceramic pan)

Chef Nicolette Hoffman, through her own personal journey of healing chronic illness, focuses on cooking delicious whole food, plant based cuisine that completely supports the body and all of its processes as well as hand crafting her own plant medicine. She specializes in creating foods and tonics that are alchemized for whatever the goal or intention is of her or the person she is working with. Her goal for sharing this golden knowledge and earth wisdom is to help one reconnect with their intuition and their bodies, and in turn reconnect with nature, so we may collectively as a human race raise our baseline and continue to evolve and thrive together.

Meditation to Deepen your Subtle Sensory System

Within the awareness of your own heightened sensitivity to the sensations of the physical realm, uncover new portals of clarity, resonance, and illumination of your own intuitive capacity. This timely evolution of your self-sensory system opens up spaciousness to be filled with and live from more a place of more compassion, more grace, & more humility.

The sensory system is strengthened by consciously connecting to the breath and balancing the mind. Herein lies the basis for the human experience: the pranic capacity and a harmonized psyche. This synchronicity opens you to the universal psyche, where all flows with ease, with brimming creativity, with love. From this space, you truly encounter the state of your cup overflowing to the hearts of others, filling them up and leaving every person you meet better from having met you.

When intuition is deeply activated, you have a depth and enriched awareness of the self, that allows you to see others clearly. Through this lens, you can understand the cosmic interconnectivity of all of us. When this is realized, real compassion is the only possible outcome.

In this meditation, maintain the triangle between the forearms, upper arms and head. Drink the air steadily and mechanically, completely filling the chest. Drop the breath out fully through the nostrils. Commit to the breath, find your courage, consolidate your senses, and achieve greatness.
