Ayurveda, simple in its treatment and over 5,000 years old, is a health system that uses whole foods, organic herbs, and yoga of the mind and body to treat any imbalance the body may experience. Ayurveda heals not just by treating the physical body, but by connecting it with the spirit and the mind.

In this session with healer Sheila Govindarajan, gather in sisterhood to receive an experience of deep inner healing, connection to the most sacred feminine parts of you, and the blooming of a new iteration of your channel of ancient wisdom.

Sheila is a licensed Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner and Medicinal Aromatherapist. She completed her studies with the Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Los Angeles and India, Ayurveda Polarity Yoga Therapy Institute with Amadea Morningstar in Santa Fe New Mexico, Medicinal Aromatherapist through Wisdom of the Earth in Santa Fe New Mexico, and her Ayurvedic medical residency and Yoga Therapy at Kerala Ayurveda Hospital in Southern India.  It was when she was in India that she witnessed the depth of Ayurveda’s healing capacity on patients with severe “dis-ease”. So simple in its treatment, this 5,000 year old holistic medicine system uses whole foods, organic herbs, and yoga of the mind and body to treat any imbalance the body may experience.  Ayurveda heals not just by treating the physical body, but by connecting it with the spirit and the mind.

Santosh is an artist and founder of Ben-Ben, a company specializing in creating bespoke pyramids. Each pyramid is constructed from an alchemical combination of metals, crystals, gemstones and other precious materials collected from some of the most powerful places on the planet. For millennia spiritual adepts have used pyramids to conduct off-planet energies. Rabbi Karen Deitsch received her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA in 1996, and was ordained in 2004 by Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion. While pursuing these degrees, she also received certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Classical Homeopathy, Color Therapy, and became trained as both a Jewish and Hatha Yoga Instructor. After serving for several years as a congregational Rabbi, she left the ‘mainstream’ to create a community based in mystical Judaism – within which she provides spiritual counseling for individuals and couples, performs lifecycle ceremonies, holiday rituals, conscious business coaching, and workshops on a wide range of subjects dealing with the consciousness of mind, body and spirit. She strives to live in service of the healing of the Shechinah (The Divine Feminine) and to the experience of God as the union of masculine and feminine in the Divine Sacred marriage.
