From the perspective of mystical Judaism, Rabbi Karen will provide insight into the wisdom treasures of ancient traditions that weave the fabric of our reality today and are hidden in plain sight.

Rabbi Karen Deitsch received her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA in 1996, and was ordained in 2004 by Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion. While pursuing these degrees, she also received certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Classical Homeopathy, Color Therapy, and became trained as both a Jewish and Hatha Yoga Instructor. After serving for several years as a congregational Rabbi, she left the ‘mainstream’ to create a community based in mystical Judaism – within which she provides spiritual counseling for individuals and couples, performs lifecycle ceremonies, holiday rituals, conscious business coaching, and workshops on a wide range of subjects dealing with the consciousness of mind, body and spirit. She strives to live in service of the healing of the Shechinah (The Divine Feminine) and to the experience of God as the union of masculine and feminine in the Divine Sacred marriage.

The despacho is a gift for the organizing principles of the Universe and constitutes the central axis of energetic exchange for healing, reestablishing perfect ayni (right relationship), or protection. A despacho brings one into a harmonious relationship with Heaven and Earth, aligning the dimensions and the archetypical organizing principles of the Universe.

Each item present and included in the ceremonial offering represents a prayer and a gift of power that sparks the momentum for energy shifts and healing.

Together, guided by Eefje Van Den Broeck of Materia Lumina, we will create our own Despacho to aid us in alchemizing the universal forces to elevate ourselves into a higher destiny and ultimately benefit the entire cosmos.

MATERIALS TO GATHER
(please be willing to part with them)

*You can intuitively substitute items with something else, make a doodle of it, or leave it out … just know that the paper, flowers, and leaves are the most important things.

• One sheet of white paper or a special piece of fabric the size of a bandana
• A glass of clean spring water and a new white candle
• A small handful of soil from your garden or land nearby
• Fresh flowers and herbs from your garden or neighborhood
• 33 fresh green leaves from your garden or neighborhood (dried bay leaves, laurel or Eucalyptus are great options but anything will work)
• A small handful of grains like quinoa, corn, rice or all of the above
• A seashell, a small feather, and a few pieces of your favorite chocolate
• A small and intentional drawing/painting of your most beautiful essence energy
• Homemade colorful confetti from leaves and other natural materials
• Rosewater if you have it
• A few feet of string (rainbow color is ideal but anything will work)

HOW TO PREPARE + SET UP FOR TO THE CEREMONY

Since our ceremony will take place on Zoom, all you will need to do is to set up a small area in front of your computer to make your offering during our time together. We will only need the size of one sheet of white paper but please make your space sacred and add whatever is important and meaningful to you. Make the space like a mini altar and feel free to add any special personal items to also receive the energetic blessings during our ceremony. Please have the ingredients above ready when we start.

JOURNAL QUESTIONS TO SIT WITH AHEAD OF TIME

For the days leading up to the ceremony, it is suggested that you practice mindfulness and do some writing ahead of time to start engaging with the sacred space we will be creating.

1. What or who in your life really needs sincere prayers at this time. Please make a list.
2. What is your greatest prayer right now for our Collective on Planet Earth?
3. What is a personal emotional, spiritual or physical issue you ready to release in your life? A block, a hardship, a bad habit, a relationship … it can be anything. Please journal about this and go back in time to find the roots of it if possible. Journal to get clarity around this issue, look deeply and do your best to get to the essence of what you are wanting to release.
4. What has this issue you are ready to release caused in your life along your path? How has it hindered you? Please journal about this and look into how ready you are to fully release it. If you are not quite ready yet, get clear on why and journal about exactly where you are with it.  What part of you or area of your life has been affected by this issue and is now ready to start healing and coming into your life in a more beautiful and deeper way?
5. What next chapter are you truly ready for at this time in your life and what would you like to ask for assistance and guidance with from the Spirit world?
6. Please journal about anything else that is coming up for you around this time.

Chiron is a minor planet in our solar system discovered in 1977 and opened up the gateway between the visible and invisible worlds. As a educator, entrepreneur, clothing designer, yoga student at heart, and mother I certainly wear many hats and it’s a testament to the power of a consistent Kundalini Yoga practise. My yoga practise has helped me shatter my own glass ceilings of what I believed was possible in my life. What’s at the heart of everything I do is an intention to empower women and everyone on my path every single day.

I began my journey with Kundalini yoga at a teacher training in Hollywood with Gurmukh in 2003 and have been sharing the practise ever since over the past 15 years. It’s totally transformed my life and now as a new mom who has dealt with postpartum health concerns, I’ve become passionate about sharing the healing benefits of Kundalini yoga and self care.

In 2014, I followed my heart and moved to Canada from Los Angeles, California to start my family. I  am the co-founder of Bloom Festival and founder of La Luna Social which is a global collective of women gathering monthly during the cycles of the moon in ceremonial rituals and masterminding support for one another. La Luna Social now hosts women’s circles in Canada, Italy, France, Dominican Republic and various places across California. My classes combine Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with storytelling from my own adventures in wellness, nomadic life, navigating entrepreneurship, motherhood, postpartum wellness, discovering your dharma & astrology. Currently I live and work from Bali, Indonesia. A 6-month trip for postpartum healing has turned into my forever home.

As a serial entrepreneur and yogi for over 20 years, he has many real life experiences that he shares from being a very busy and stressed out tech entrepreneur during the original dot.com rise. As founder of Guru Digital Arts College he helped 2 artists take an idea written down on a napkin over lunch into a successful college in a few short years. As a Strategy Director for Blast Radius, he helped launch and guide digital projects for the NBA, NHL, Nike, Nintendo, Winter Olympics, Yahoo and many others including building an iPhone sing-along- app for Beyonce.

The high stress of fast paced business and marketing agency life led Robindra to seek out meditation and yoga as a way to “survive” his lifestyle. He accidentally took his first yoga class when he walked into what used to be a book store to buy a book on meditation, to his surprise he walked right into a yoga class. Robindra’s mind calmed into silence for the first time in years and this was the beginning of his exploration of yoga, entrepreneurship and how to truly thrive. What is at the heart of everything that Robindra does is the intention to have people bloom in all areas of their lives.
