Day 1 of 4 Post-Solstice Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Workshops with Guru Jagat 

“Become breath, the pranic breath. Apply the mind in a meditative sense to give you the balance. It will be a beautiful experience.”

In this workshop: 

  • Establish mind over matter 
  • Balance the brain 
  • Practice a meditation to dissolve all that is negative, break through all calamities, misfortunes, obstructions

*Reminder following this session, you'll leave a glass of water next to your bed with fresh squeezed lemon, in the morning drink slowly over 35 - 45 min
