Class Description
Pent up emotions tend to stay stuck in our body mind system by which they block our natural flow and experience of life. In this great kundalini yoga set we systematically release stress, fear and emotions in a series of deeply activating movements. This allows our body to enter a state of meditative relaxation. An opportunity we use to enter a state of bliss and surrender.
Lauren Grusenmeyer discovered the impressive power of kundalini yoga after years of practicing yoga, dance and the healing arts. This experience gave her a set of simple tools to experience great clarity in the middle of life's stresses and gave her life an intense fulfillment. The wealth of lessons she received inspired her to dive deep into this path and share these teachings with as many as possible. She lives and works in Belgium where she delivers the teachings of kundalini yoga in workshops, 1 on 1 mentorships and online trainings through her platform Household Practice.
