Pent up emotions tend to stay stuck in our body mind system by which they block our natural flow and experience of life. In this great kundalini yoga set we systematically release stress, fear and emotions in a series of deeply activating movements. This allows our body to enter a state of meditative relaxation. Lauren Grusenmeyer discovered the impressive power of kundalini yoga after years of practicing yoga, dance and the healing arts. This experience gave her a set of simple tools to experience great clarity in the middle of life's stresses and gave her life an intense fulfillment.
