New Moon Recitations

Class Description

For this session, follow the instructions from the previous session:

1. Based on the Destiny Direction, Fates Follies, and your “One Thing” from the opening session, prepare the following for your Aap So Hai Hoa Recitations Altar.
2. Prepare two bowls of water.
3. In one bowl, but the FATES FOLLIES Paper IN THE WATER. You can also add any clearing elements that you like—salt, sage, essential oils, etc…
4. In a second bowl of water, put the ONE THING you wrote down that you are demanding very clearly INSIDE THE WATER. Then UNDER that second bowl, put your full DESTINY DIRECTION Paper. Adorn this bowl with flowers, oils, crystals, and any generative, fertile elements.
5. Throughout the 2.5 hours of Aap So Hai Hoa, simply meditate on the ONE THING that you have chosen to focus on. Vibrate the mantra of your Destiny Direction into the water.
