Keep up with your children — Practice The Blue Gap Meditation with Nam Satya
The Blue Gap meditation has tremendously helped me to understand the times, and keep up with my very Aquarian child. This meditation is such a gift to parents, and I highly recommend anyone who is a mother to do this meditation on a regular basis, as it helps to increase your awareness of the Aquarian field, and thus become a better guide for your child. —Nam Satya

Join Nam Satya for an evening class, where we will be practicing the Blue Gap meditation + some other yogic tools that can assist us as parents.

‘The Blue Gap’ refers to a generational gap. This gap is always present, but in the times that we are in right now, it is wider than usual. This means that many parents have a hard time attuning themselves to their children, which can result in misunderstandings of the child’s behavior and needs. This meditation can help us lessen that gap so that we can better understand and support our children, in a way which is appropriate for them.
