In this morning yoga class with Harmanjot, practice a kriya to open the meridian pathways of the body and install a positive access to all things motherly and divined by the mother's legacy. The human aura has the capacity to expand out to nine feet in all directions. Using the sound MAAA to call on the universal mother, the aura become amplified, increased and thicker - creating a protection and a fearless projection.

After a chakra and sound meditation and spending a time of delving into ideas, symbols and dialogue with your partner, absorb the embodied performance and confidence changes in yourself and your fellow women in Immense Grace.

Workshop your ideas and experiences with another woman.  Take the first step in your performance art project by putting yourself on camera and experimenting with your own piece.  Share your self-initiated art work on the Immense Grace Facebook portal.
