‘The Blue Gap’ refers to a generational gap. This gap is always present, but in the times that we are in right now, it is wider than usual. This means that many parents have a hard time attuning themselves to their children, which can result in misunderstandings of the child’s behavior and needs. This meditation can help us lessen that gap so that we can better understand and support our children, in a way which is appropriate for them.
