Playing dead & conquering your emotional tides so you don’t get swept under anybody’s power trips. Allowing energy to move fully through you. Going through common defense mechanisms. Commitment as an expression of consciousness & consciousness as an expression of commitment. Develop self-respect. Dance & meditation.
