Class Description
Familiarize yourself with some of the key postures, mudras & eye gazes in Kundalini Yoga. Go deep into a pranayam and experience the immense power of your breath. Any time you focus on your breath your aura expands. If you consciously breathe your aura expands more. If you mentally chant a mantra as you breathe your aura expands even more.
