7 Wave Sat Nam

Open up the atomic bomb of the foundational sound current, SAT NAM.

The yoga set gives you power to call on the universal creator force and streams of energy come through and open space. Fill the space with the sound current and move through blocks.
This class is the first in a series taught on December 1, 2014 weeks before the Winter Solstice.

11th Day of the Moon, a stabilizing force to put new security into your nervous and glandular systems. Maneuver time and space in a more masterful way.

The sound of "Sat" is the force of an ocean wave. "Nam" is the quick pull back.  The power is in the "Sat" -- the earthly and planetary pull. Listen to your own sound current.

Continued practice of Sat Kriya with a long gong.

Regenerate your nervous system through movement and using your own sound current. When the subconscious gets so full, it looks like mental illness. Meditation is finally trending. You can say anything to anyone while projecting love and compassion.
