Kundalini yoga is the owner’s manual you never received—the guide to your incredible human mind/body/spirit system.
The rate of acceleration is so high on the planet that the things that worked for us 5 or even 2 years ago are no longer working (they didn’t really work then, but we thought we were getting away with it). We are inherently good, so everyone’s trying to figure out how to make it work. Relying on drugs, an externalized God, or anything external at all is not the answer, especially in this age.
In order to free ourselves, we have to look within (and keep looking within) “It’s an inside job…”
Kundalini yoga is the result of 7000+ years of empirical observation and testing, so it’s a lot more effective and less destructive than recent less-informed attempts at hacking the brain (“nootropics” & the like).
Look at where you are reaching for power outside of yourself (could be as obvious as a drug addiction, or much more subtle).
