Understand these concepts because you can tune in and use the energy.

Learn the interesting history of the Adi Shakti mantra in this class. It will give you a sense of how precious the secret mystical teachings and tools of the Kundalini lineage truly are. You don’t deserve it. You have to work for it. Do the work in this class to receive these techniques that are so profound. We need these tools more than ever right now so it’s important that we practice with devotion and gratitude. Gain access to parts of your own psyche that give you joy and power. Full yoga set with special meditation the Master Yogi Bhajan offered for this transition into the Aquarian Age.

Re-program the central nervous system's circuitry from any blocks or "blackouts" installed while in utero. The Master Yogi Bhajan taught that especially in the 60's, mothers-to-be were prone to central nervous system blackout as the result of lifestyle, mental or emotional experience, or the use of substances. The pattern of blackouts were then passed on to the fetus, installing in the kidneys and spine. This class will reprogram, expand, and strengthen the limbic system and brain function to remove such patterns, bad memories and experiences, and rewire the circuitry.

Tune In & Full yoga kriya "Immune set"  (16:05) with gong meditation.

Explore the more subtle realms of the time chain, in the first session, and notice how subtly we may or may not be synced up with the time stream of Consciousness. Are we moving too fast or too slow in the present time, do things feel clunky and not synced? What might be throwing off the time code?

"If you start to sync up with the time, then the code of the activation of your consciousness will very quickly start to activate. And that's when things get fun." - Guru Jagat

Tune In and Full yoga set (21:58) re-vibrate the immune system, and 11-minute meditation.
