Doing Cyan Chakra Kriya makes you feel better. Take a moment and check in and see how you feel before, and after you do it.
The reason we try to do this daily, one of the reasons... is it creates a rhythmic movement in our space, which will help us move, or it will move in a rhythmic intelligence, instead of from pain, suffering, or gridlock with other people. Especially helpful during the holiday.
Part of this is that you're creating this rhythmic intelligence by your own creation. So much is A-rhythmic in the world, and as Yogis or people who want a better experience today, if we put a little effort into creating this rhythmic intelligence, into the space around us, this energetic body of ours, our luminous space, then we will invite magnetic experiences that are more attuned to our higher destiny.
