Post-lunar eclipse, part two of the meditation series that started in Jan 31st class: What The Stars Bring. This brings in further power from the lunar eclipse portal. You are Flipping the axis of your magnetic field.
Since there is such a strong molecular shift it’s important that you normalize. Do the kind of simple human activities like obsessing over your FitBit steps, and grocery shopping. Find the humor in your human experience.
Train for the significance of these energetic upgrades rather than getting caught up on how weird you feel. You are actually flipping your personal Tropic of Cancer with your personal Tropic of Capricorn. You should feel a little strange from this turning of your psycho magnetic field. That’s powerful. A lot is being exfoliated from you so you must normalize with basic human activities.
Remember that you benefit from someone else’s strength and discipline even when you can’t. That’s what spiritual community is about.
Get primed for a heavy dose of meditations with a quick and invigorating set, including Stretch Pose.
