Cutting through your own self-deception is paramount. See yourself for who you are and not the pie-in-the sky version of who you think you are. Instead, simply revel in who you really are. Focus on your strengths. Make it a practice.

You may have an idea of yourself as one way but it’s actually not true. This is just one thought form, and it takes over. You lose massive amounts of energy trying to keep up in that nonreality. Use the kundalini technology to deconstruct the parapsychological moving thought-form.

Remember your primal power. With a great sense of humor, find yourself again. That is when you know you are doing great work or self-actualization.

Conceive of yourself in a way that gives you energy by focusing on your strengths.

Balance your hormones. Deeply align your navel point. The energy you will feel from this class is yours. Clear your congested emotions and digestion.

Moving forward without getting stuck.

"Can we just keep going?

Take advantage of every breath we have & just don't complain so much...

We have to do it a little bit at a time." - Tej

Opening the heart & unwinding stress to keep going.

Logic is a powerful gift and Guru Jagat walks us through why we often struggle to use it. Our subconscious patterns must be expressed first and this is where we get tripped up. If we can be savvy about seeing and working with those patterns and clearing them out, we will have a better brain that is working for us rather than running the show. Intuition is the supra-logic so when our logical mind is intact it’s easier to hear our intuition. Practice a kriya that will work the nervous system and clear out the subconscious.

RA MA NYC Residency

Guru Jagat discusses how to change the neighborhood of your mind. Your mind is a recording device and so much of what is recorded comes from old, unhelpful, neurotic patterns. With the technology of kundalini yoga, you learn to change the recording, create more energy, and have the endurance to enjoy the gift of life and leave a legacy.

“May you continue to redefine yourself, recreate yourself, create new things, be creative. This is the whole point of the human incarnation. I hope you basically die with a pen or paintbrush or computer in your hand. I hope you die in the midst of creating something. That’s my wish for you. That’s a life well lived, & that’s a legacy.” – Guru Jagat

Kundalini Yoga Set with 11-minute O-Mouth breath of fire (23:26)

Learn two kriyas that will help you sleep deeply. Yogis with good balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems can go to sleep in 9 seconds.  Learning to sleep well matters! Short naps are important for cold depression, digestion, and women’s nervous systems. Shabad Kriya is good for people who are struggling with sleep, anxiety, and neuroses.  It is said to be a meditation to love better, fight better and sleep better.

The tenth day of the moon is deeply subconscious and heavy, there is much just below the surface on this day which creates a pressure that can be uncomfortable. The twilight time just before dawn, 4 to 6 AM is a common time of REM sleep—the Amrit Vela, the subconscious mind dumps heavily at this time. Whatever the negative mind deduces and decides, the positive mind will find evidence of and your system will fire to give this experience.

Depending on the amount of prana in the system, you can or can not move to another thought form; when depressed you see no way out and the reality of the suffering becomes calcified in the system. It is a spiritual practice to touch the place within you that has never changed, at the thought of this place at any time, the hormones will secrete into a pattern of infinity.

Through this Gatka practice, explore the elementary personality—the constitutional part of you. Gatka means knife or sword. We are cutting through to see clearly and training for alertness in the moment.

Para-psychological thought forms create a pattern, and this creates a personality that is not your elementary personality. Clearing the body and mind, working with the Narayan Shabad. This prayer gives the power to build order in your life and relationships—“the teeth of the witch of Maya” melts in the recitation of this mantra.

It only takes one recitation of a mantra, one breath, and one movement to break through something (a negative subconscious thought form). We always want to stay alert to this moment.

On the third night of Hanukkah, deconstruct phobias and the way it impacts the subconscious mind. Minor or major, trauma creates a pattern or phobia syndrome. This fear becomes a ghost, when we focus on something until it becomes an entity through our projection of our own fear.

Practice one of the five fundamental kriyas, Tershula Kriya. This kriya gives the command of the three gunas, creating a blue heat within you, psychically blazing a new pattern. The “thunderbolt of Shiva” used in Tershula Kriya purifies phobias, especially parental phobias.

Hierarchies of power, privilege and knowledge are crumbling. “It’s quite profound what is happening,” like the silkworm & the mulberry tree… Many many crossroads of time and space in this cusp period are criss-crossing. It’s a fast evolution and it has to outpace the crumbling power structures of the Piscean Age.

Practicing our personal power is the antidote to this massive collective experience of our individual self-destructiveness. It is our human inheritance to use these tools with intelligence and compassion in the face of entropy every day.

Take hold of the reigns of your life—the first and last two minutes of your day—run yourself through the game plan.

A super cleansing detox.

The 10th Day of the Moon is a very auspicious day. For thousands and thousands of years, spiritual practitioners have used the heaviness of this lunar day to clear the subconscious mind.

Clearing the subconscious mind through yoga and meditation also cleanses the physical body of fatigue and stabilizes energy.
When the subconscious begins to release, stored-up fear is also released—and only then can we begin to experience our true human capacity.
“Find the positive flow of energy, no matter what’s happening.”
