"Each Mantra in the Kundalini Yoga system is meant to tap into our limitless potential and to make it blossom. We repeat these mantras to plug into the natural cycles of life. An external authoritative structure is very much a remnant of the previous life-cycle, on the planet. (Referred to as the "Piscean Age") We are now in the "grey period," a very powerful cusp of time, and I need to clean the psychological and somatic debris, which can be a potentially messy by-product of the shifting, as to gracefully move through this time-cycle cusp. In other words, information exchange is changing in a big way, and we need to shift and update our position, in order to perceive and integrate this shift. It's a self-authority now, and we access that understanding by tuning into our own limitless energy by using movement, breath, and sound." -Atma Santokh
