Aquarian Yoga | Kundalini & the Cosmos - with Teg Prakash

Kundalini Yoga to strengthen the nervous system and open the heart chakra. Plus a deep meditation, Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, to clear karma and repair the neurons.

Deep breath practice starting with the full 22-minute practice of the Aerobic Capacity Kriya, leading into a compact and potent physical kriya, and ending the class with Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, a powerful practice noted as one of the 5 essential Kundalini Yoga meditations.

This early morning practice with Guru Jagat includes a physical yoga set (Kriya for Elevation) followed by 11 minutes each of Kirtan Kriya, Sat Kriya, and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya.

We're working with brain fatigue, info-dementia, and the pressure that is intense on the planet right now. Brain Fatigue, Yogi Bhajan called it "computer sickness" to address the central nervous system overload because we are so beholden to technology. We need to get a hold of our sanity to help the world. A Yoga set will move the energy in every part of the body systematically.

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is not a luxury; it is a fundamental practice of Kundalini yoga for 31 minutes a day. 11 minutes will give you clarity of mind. Navel pumping provides physical activity and detoxification while you meditate, targeting stress hormones and subconscious addictions to trauma.
