Looking at yourself honestly is a key piece of spiritual maturity.  One way to gain insight into what you can’t see is by stepping into the second position.  This is when you take a detached view of yourself and what you are doing.  You ask yourself, “What does this look like from someone who doesn’t care about me?”

Look at your social media, look at how you sound and act during a fight, look at your responses at work and see what you don’t want to see.  Are you acting with integrity? Are you aligned with your values? Is what you are doing adding to benefit the planet?

Learn more about this in this talk from RAMA Mallorca and then practice a challenging, active kriya set with Guru Jagat.

Take this class if you need a reminder.
