Work on integrity and right action in this class. Part of your civic duty is to use your meditative practice to define your own self mastery.
When you are in integrity, you feel good. When you’re not you feel a dissonance or guilt. All you have to do is do is what you came here to do in only the way you can. And do the best that you possibly can. That is what destiny is and it’s different for everyone. If you’re not in right action, there is an energetic frequency of guilt and you feel that physically. If you are on your mission then that resonant frequency is dignity. You feel that physically too.
