Work with the Aap Sahaaee Hoaa mantra and specifically what it activates in your 10 bodies, 8 chakras and 84 facets of the mind. Learn about how our systems are put together on an etheric level.
The Aap Sahaaee Hoaa mantra protects you from your self-animosity and cleans it out of your system.
Get out of the loop of feeling bad about feeling bad for yourself. Instead, insert this vibrational frequency that will adaptogenically go into the childhood and lineal patterns of self hatred and dismantle them.
As you rise and become more successful, people around you may try to knock you down. Build your protection and remember this fine teaching: the universe is conspiring for your greatest good. So these ‘haters’ are to make you stronger.
Clean the epigenetic animosity out of your system and catapult yourself past self-destruction. Do a meditation in this class that can turn Satan into your student.
