A Full Moon Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class with Guru Jagat
You have an amplification, magnification satellite dish it’s called your pineal gland. When we cultivate the neutral mind, then the pineal gland can point towards things that are actually going to serve you, give you energy, make you happy, start to fulfill you in different ways, and amplify the people around you.

Be discerning of what you focus on (and therefore magnify)
Understand how to use the mechanism of your very sophisticated mind
Meditate to cultivate the neutral mind, which keeps you out of the storm of reactivity and allows your true personality to shine through
Practice an exercise for youthfulness and healing
Infuse your being with the RA MA DA SA Healing Mantra

This is a special meditation for Lion’s Gate. It’s considered a high holy day in magic. It is an opportunity for a major heart opening.

Use an interesting mudra and meditate with this portal and use a powerful mantra to connect with off planet frequencies of support and healing. Ra Ma Da Sa brings them down to the earth.

Put a big broadcast of light with your prayer. You have no idea how the ripples of your prayers can affect ourselves, our communities, and the planet. Praying for others gives you a huge return on investment.  Friday the 13th is a wonderful day to give our own generosity to the frequency of light. We have to be examples of stable & clear leadership in our families, neighborhoods, and communities. Having a sustained practice allows for your mind and body to have a strong and clear space. It takes discipline. Don’t wait for people to reach out to you. You reach out. That is leadership. Help others to be prepared, not just yourself.

Getting rid of negativity & grief to support the immune system.

The electromagnetic field around the body (the aura) protects you, & kundalini yoga is the only yoga that deals with this chakra (it's also known as the 8th chakra). This is why kundalini is actually the most complete & safest yoga, because the aura allows you to control & modulate the energy moving through the chakras.

Letting your aura outshine you.

Going high above & feeling there's a divine flow, so you can let things roll by.

Serving the universal force of creation.

Ayurveda is subtle. The Kundalini Teachings are subtle.  And the human sensory connection is subtle.  In Ayurveda you don't pull things out, or change things, you add to it. It's the same with Kundalini Yoga. You add to it, you bring your vitality up, and then eventually things fall away that you don't need.

When we are activating the 5 quadrants of the brain we activate the Pineal gland, which is connected to your Nuertral Mind.
