No problem can be solved at the level in which it was created. You must develop the ability to look at things from multiple perspectives. Elevate because the higher you go the smaller your problems seem.
It’s a rudimentary teaching. Ball up the problem and take it as far up as you can in your positive imagination (your ability to project a positive impact into your own life and those around you) and drop the ball of problems and watch it shatter. One strike of a gong played by a master can shatter the ball of those incarnations of problems into sand which makes it hard for you to reconstruct them again.
You’ll experience a deep healing space in this class. You are your best doctor. The human has innate healing powers. All you must do is activate them. Go to a higher vibrational frequency with the Mantra, Gong, and the yoga.
Kundalini yoga (11:01) to enhance your projection + gong relaxation (29:33) Healing meditation (40:02) to send to yourselves and the people you care about using the mantra, Ra Ma Da Sa.
