Doing even small amounts of meditations each day, particularly in the dawn hours, can have profound effects on the neural patterns of our brain, reprogramming mental focus and healthy tendencies. Work with Kriyas such as Ard Kachari Kriya and the Intelligence Meditation to create an internal salve for the increased time in front of screens that have reduced our ability to focus.

Consciously create the energy you wish to experience. This is an active class to wake up the ribs and navel point with intentional movements of the spine to detoxify and cleanse the internal organs. Round out the session with backbends to break negative neural patterns, as well as address adrenal fatigue, open the lung tissue and stimulate stagnant chi.

In this class, work with the continuous creative pulse that moves through all things. You will clear the fog and apparent obstacles that keep you from creating in an enjoyable and continuous way through the Addiction Meditation, Ard Kachari Kriya and an active standing yoga set full of bends, twists and squats.
