Daily Meditations followed by Guru Jagat class at 00:30:00

When Guru Jagat tells us that “Happiness is a Civic Duty,” it’s not something to laugh at. To experience happiness we need to take responsibility for our own actions, our emotions, our frequency. Happiness is a state of being that surpasses emotion and famously, in the United States Declaration of Independence, we are told to pursue it. But when we pursue, we push away.

So, stability, maturity, discipline — all hallmarks of the archetype of Capricorn — are now in play.

Rebuilding to a new you, emotional clearing & opening up to the higher self.

"I've seen too many people do great & then they start getting shaky & turning on other people. I'm not interested in it.

I'm interested in seeing you great now, strong in your higher identity, believing in yourself...

You have to be more mature than the 'crazies'...

Wherever you bow, you merge into that force. Merge into it, be with it, let it color you, cover you. Let the infinite be with you." - Tej

The reasons that you are not doing the things you should be doing is basically your cowardice. We need to be mature, courageous, and willing to fail.  How we deal with that will help us deal when the success comes. Guru Jagat discusses the grit of your practice and flow of energy.
