In this class, work on allowing the subconscious to release unwanted thoughts through both concentration of the eyes and concentration of the spirit.
Explore a breathing technique to cool the qualities of pitta, that which is prone to anger as well as hot weather and temperatures. Continuation of this breath leads one into the esoteric realms in which you begin to see the unseen, know the unknown and hear the unheard. Practice this breath 26 times in the morning and 26 times in the evening for continued benefit. Add Bahota Karem with it to get a mental recitation and breath practice at the same time.
Tune in at (04:10), and begin with Cat Cow, Ego Eradicator, Swan Kriya, and Sitali Breath for the Pitta Head. Deep Rebirthing and Renewal Meditation (34:18) with Gong Relaxation.
