In many yogic lineages, the 10th and 11th day of the moon are used for powerful rituals. You can really optimize your system when you practice Kundalini yoga on these days. Learn some of these secret teachings in this class. When you align your life with the non-Roman calendar - the lunar days, equinoxes, and solstices etc. then you’re going to be ok. Life is in sync. Get out of the work-slave society. Align with infinite nature and your life becomes infinite. You also see that nothing is permanent.
All human suffering is the belief that whatever difficulty you’re experiencing is going to last forever. When you align with other markers in the infinity of nature then you shift molecularly into an elevated state of being.
Uplift yourself from the societal conditioning around your chronology and your work week. Wear what gives you energy no matter what your age. Do your hair the way you want. This class offers Part 1 of a two-part meditation that was kept in secret. It is highly sophisticated so that you flip time and space.
