Kundalini is a special sound. It’s from a lineage of “interstellar gypsies” who brought a powerful language to Planet Earth. The sounds in this language hit the upper palette which is a direct access to the pineal and pituitary glands. These glands are connected to the evolution of the human species. That’s the game we’re playing.
Along with these glands, the frontal lobe of the brain must be stimulated. Try 2 very beautiful meditations in this class to help you activate this area of the brain. You start to see your life above just the fight or flight. You feel and see the prosperity.
For some of us the trauma is just incarcerating in a body. It’s challenging to live as a huge cosmic being that landed in a finite experience with gravity, polarity, and a cultural misinterpretation of our actual power. One key is to celebrate all victories. When you do you can bend time and see that history and prophecy are interchangeable.
On these lunar power portal days – like a lunar eclipse - you can change your self-fulfilling prophecy.
