Do you understand how your nervous system is programmed? Guru Jagat gives a succinct and inspiring description of how your nervous system is imprinted on you in utero. Just like how light is used to develop a photograph in a dark room, your nervous system is set up by the breathing patterns of your mother, as well as the epigenetic and unique histories of both your mother and father. But kundalini technology is here to help you not only manage this imprint, but also remove it so that you can reveal your sovereign, unique, soul-level personality.
Do you know your elementary personality? Use this practice and kriya for invincibility to meet yourself.
