This class is an ode to all the things that we have to do after our practice, resting deeply in the wisdom that these practices will create more time, space and energy for all that we must get done during our busy days. Included is a set you can do every day when you feel like you are running out of time.
The power of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, among many aspects, lies in the near super-human ability it gives us to turn the frequency of self-destruction back around on itself.
There is a creative pulse that moves through all living beings: the energy of Kundalini. To whatever degree we are unable to handle that energy is the degree to which we are being self-destructive. We must practice to know how to deal, work with and cultivate this Kundalini energy that is the true and pure potential of the human being.
Tune In (17:30) and start with the RA MA Daily Practices: Intelligence Meditation, Addiction Meditation and Ard Kachari.
